Warren: $195,750 (Up from $185,000)

Sterling Heights: $264,000 ($260,000 in February)

St Clair Shores: $198,000 (UP from $179,000)

Roseville: $148,000 ($155,000 in February)

Shelby Township: $385,000  ($390,000 in February)

New Baltimore: $334,500 (Up from $288,949 in February) *note that only 9 homes sold meeting criteria

Clinton Township: $242,500 (Up from $229,250)

OAKLAND COUNTY:

Royal Oak: $335,000 (UP from $290,000)

Madison Heights: $196,000 ($196,750 in February)

Ferndale: $255,000 (DOWN from $278,000)

Troy: $385,000 ($375,000 in February)

West Bloomfield: $441,750 (UP from $420,000)

Farmington Hills: $363,500 (UP from $346,000)

WAYNE COUNTY:

Dearborn: $197,000 ($190,000 in February)

Livonia: $250,000 ($247.000 in February)

Westland: $183,950 ($185,000 in February)

Taylor: $173,500 (UP from $160,000) *note that only 14 homes sold meeting criteria

Grosse Pointe Park: $449,000 (UP from $364,900) *note that only 7 homes sold meeting criteria in February
