February 2021 Median Home Sales

It’s time again for your monthly update of median home sales!

These reflect homes that sold in February 2021.

What a difference a month makes! Home values are looking like we are starting to stabilize a bit.

(Data includes homes with 3+ bedrooms, 1000+ Sq Ft, on a Basement) 

MACOMB COUNTY:

Warren: $185,000 ($190,000 in January)

Sterling Heights: $260,000 ($254,900 in January)

St Clair Shores: $179,000 (down from $187,800)

Roseville: $155,000 (same as January)

Shelby Township: $390,000  (down from $361,000)

New Baltimore: $288,949 (down from 317,500) *note that only 10 homes sold meeting criteria

Clinton Township: $229,250 (down from $251,450)

OAKLAND COUNTY:

Royal Oak: $290,000 ($285,000 in January)

Madison Heights: $196,750 (DOWN from $244,950, but same as Decembers data) *note that only 10 homes sold meeting criteria

Ferndale: $278,000 ($282,500 in January)

Troy: $375,000 (same as January)

West Bloomfield: $420,000 (UP from $375,000)

Farmington Hills: $346,000 ($340,000 in January)

WAYNE COUNTY:

Dearborn: $190,000 (same as January)

Livonia: $247,000 (DOWN from $262,750)

Westland: $185,000 ($183,500 in January)

Taylor: $160,000 (UP from $135,000) *note that only 18 homes sold meeting criteria

Grosse Pointe Park: $364,900 (down from $422,500) *note that only 7 homes sold meeting criteria
